Data Collection
The Mywater Google Voice App collects or may collect the following data about your account and its usage:
- Your gmail address (for account identification)
- Your Name
- Mywater Google Voice App Access Time log(s)
- Mywater Google Voice App Features Usage
The Mywater Google Voice App does not collect or retain your mywater actual water service usage data and only acts as a pass through medium between the MyWater Pvt Ltd database system (your clean water service provider) and yourself (customer).
Third Party Data Access
The Mywater Google Voice App does not share any data it gathers from the customer to any third party other than MyWater Pvt Ltd who is your clean water service provider for any commercial, not-for-profit or research purposes.
The Mywater Google Voice App may export your non-identifiable data as anonymized data into data lakes or data stores operated by Cloud Service Providers such as Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, IBM, Ali Baba Cloud etc as private corporate data for the sole use of The Mywater Google Voice App process improvement, customer satisfaction enhancement and business value extraction. Whenever such exports happen, all data security protocols are observed during the entire life cycle of the data export, cloud ingestion, analysis and post-analysis data deletion.
The Mywater Google Voice App may provide your data to legal Law Enforcement Agencies or warranted Investigation carried out by legal Investigation agencies of Pakistan provided they produce the required legal documents for compliance from The Mywater Google Voice App.
Data Residency
Your data collected by The Mywater Google Voice App may either reside inside the geographical limits of Pakistan or outside of Pakistan in any of the data centers of Google Cloud Platform that may either be in Europe, United States, Middle East or Far East including Singapore and Indonesia.
Encryption of Your Data
All data in transit in The Mywater Google Voice App is encrypted. However, we do not encrypt data at rest as of Aug 2020.
Deletion of Your Data
All of your data related to your The Mywater Google Voice App usage is deleted when you delete your The Mywater Google Voice App.
Data Export for Personal Retention
As of Aug 2020, The Mywater Google Voice App does not have the feature of allowing export of your data for your personal storage.
